Features:

• Underwriters Laboratories® (UL) Fire & Impact Rated to protect paper contents. When exposed to external temperatures of over 1700°, the internal temperature of the cabinet will not exceed 350° for the number of hours it is listed (paper ignites at around 480°). The duration and maximum temperature of a fire in a building compartment depends on several factors and the cabinet may protect the contents for a longer period of time.

• Fireproof File Insulation is 1" by 2" lattice made of 14-gauge galvanized welded steel wire, providing complete peace of mind from fire, impact, or explosion.

• ETL Media Certification protects electronic media such as hard drives, CD's, DVD's, flash drives, thumb drives from exposure to heat for 30 minutes. Does not protect against film/tape media.

• Water Resistant means file cabinet is designed to prevent water damage resulting from sprinklers and fire hoses.

• Drawer Lock included is a UL-listed Medeco high-security key lock. Lock is upgradable.

• Drawer Bodies are built with high sides for use with hanging folders; no additional frames are required.

• Drawer Pulls are surface-mounted to allow for extra insulation inside the drawer heads

• Drawer Suspensions are maintenance-free and guaranteed for life.

• 2-Position Drawer Catch allows access to certain drawers while others remain locked.
